Whether you enjoy working directly with horses and rescued animals or prefer behind-the-scenes tasks like property upkeep and organization, there are a variety of meaningful ways for you to get involved at the stables and make a real impact.

Looking for a meaningful way to give back to the community? Join us for our upcoming Volunteer Orientation and learn how you can become part of the Relentless Equestrian Foundation team.
Our volunteers are the heart of everything we do. From supporting our riders to helping care for the horses and animals that make our programs possible, volunteers play a vital role in helping us change lives - one ride at a time.
Whether you’re passionate about horses, want to support programs that serve veterans, first responders, and individuals with disabilities, or simply want to make a difference in your community, this orientation is the first step.

What You’ll Learn
During this two-hour orientation, you’ll gain a full overview of our programs and how volunteers help bring our mission to life.
Topics include:
- Our mission and the impact Relentless Equestrian Foundation has in the community
- Overview of our equine programs and how horses help create powerful connections
- Volunteer roles and opportunities available throughout the organization
- Safety protocols and liability guidelines when working around horses and participants
- How your time and support directly benefit our riders, animals, and programs
Volunteer Opportunities
After orientation, volunteers can get involved in a variety of roles depending on their interests and comfort level, including:
- Horse Leaders – Assist with guiding horses during sessions
- Sidewalkers – Provide support for riders during mounted activities
- Barn & Animal Care – Help with daily care of our horses and other animals
- Event Volunteers – Support community events and fundraisers
No prior horse experience is required for many roles. Our team will provide guidance and training to help you feel confident and prepared.
